A Session
Sessions may incorporate techniques from Energy Healing, Matrix Energetics® and ThetaHealingTM as intuition flows during the healing.
If the client should wish for a certain modality, they have only to ask.
ThetaHealingTM
A Theta session takes place with the client sitting or lying down and begins with an initial period of discussion and evaluation to clarify the various issues to be addressed. Kinesiology,
(muscle testing) in conjunction with Lyn's guidance and intuition is used to find out which beliefs are held and they are then worked on from the Seventh Plane of Existence.
Matrix Energetics®
ME is very fast and can be practised standing up, sitting down or lying down depending on the individual client and situation. Often the client will experience a smooth
wave of transformation as their body seems to drop in a completely relaxed wave, instantly.
PSYCH-K®
A PSYCH-K session takes place with the client sitting down and begins with an initial period of discussion and evaluation to clarify the various issues to be addressed. Kinesiology, (muscle testing), is
used throughout to firstly ascertain which beliefs are held, then to choose the preferred method to change them and finally, to check that the belief has been successfully changed. The client's conscious participation is a vital
part of this process as they are the one "in the driver's seat" at all times.
Energy Healing
There are three stages. Awareness - an initial period of discussion and evaluation to clarify the various issues to be addressed. Release - hands- on Energy Healing
using a variety of techniques with the client lying down on the healing table fully clothed. It is during this part that there is likely to be sharing between the client and the therapist
in order to ensure deep resolution of issues. Integration - grounding, further energy work, a sharing of guidance received during the session and the bringing into consciousness of the newly awakened
life force such that the healing may be integrated into life.
Soul Therapy
The client lays on the Metatron Mat and holds the Vajras in both hands while the combination of Sacred Geometry and magnets resonating to the Earth's magnetic field align and balance the body and all levels of the Soul.
